LM Berea is well suited for shaded areas and is a slow growing lawn. It is also very course and not as soft as Kikuyu and Cynoden. LM Berea can only be mowed after a month of installation and requires daily watering during the first month.

b). Only orders more than 50m2 can be delivered and laid.
